We've now added simple, custom users avatars using the Micah avatar library. If you don't want to use a photo, you can create and customise a cartoon avatar in your profile!
In this episode, I cover cartwheels into straddle bat. This is a great start for many other fun transitions. We start off with no momentum cartwheels. I also offer an advance variation into star pose. Have fun with it!
